Funktionsweise<\/p>\n

Das Vibrationssieb MT zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Produktionskapazit\u00e4t und mechanische Festigkeit aus. Es wurde entwickelt, um maximale Leistung mit der besten Technologie zu bieten. Die mit dem Produkt in Kontakt kommenden Teile sind stets vollst\u00e4ndig aus Edelstahl gefertigt. <\/p>\n

Dieses Vibrationssieb kann in allen Produktbereichen eingesetzt werden, in denen Sieben, Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenaufteilung, Entstaubung, Trennung, Filtration usw. erforderlich sind. Dank unserer hohen technologischen Kompetenz in Verbindung mit unserer Produktionsflexibilit\u00e4t sind wir in der Lage, das Vibrationssieb an die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Kunden anzupassen. Es kann hergestellt werden aus: <\/p>\n

  • aus rostfreien St\u00e4hlen mit hohen Nickel- und Chromanteilen, DIN 2.4602 (wie Hainess, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy B2, rostfreie St\u00e4hle DIN 1.4529 und AISI 904 L.<\/li>\n
  • mit Frequenzumrichter f\u00fcr die Drehzahlvariation ausgestattet, wobei durch Einwirkung auf die exzentrischen Massen sowohl im Gewicht als auch in der Phasenverschiebung die Vibrationsintensit\u00e4t bestimmt werden kann, um eine bessere Trennung des zu verarbeitenden Produkts zu erzielen.<\/li>\n
  • mit verschiedenen Siebreinigungssystemen ausgestattet (Kugeln, Zylinder, Luftb\u00fcrsten, Wasserb\u00fcrsten).<\/li>\n
  • in ATEX-Ausf\u00fchrung und nach cGMP f\u00fcr chemische und pharmazeutische Versionen.<\/li>\n
  • mit einem ausgekl\u00fcgelten System wie dem Sonitech ausgestattet (Ultraschallreinigung, die die Produktion um etwa 30 % steigert).
