The GSM continuous mill discharge unit allows pumping of ceramic slips from the continuous mill (MMC).

The rubber-lined vertical centrifugal pump in the machine can operate even without liquid present.
The tank construction is in AISI 304 stainless steel for parts in contact with the product.

The pump parts in contact with abrasive liquid, piping and valves are lined with anti-abrasive rubber to increase durability.
The production range is suitable for operation with all types of mills used in ceramics.

Technical specifications:

• Tank material: AISI 304 stainless steel (other materials on request)
• Other parts: treated Fe 52 steel.
• Pump body: cast iron.
• Internal linings: interchangeable in various types of anti-wear rubber.
• Impellers: in special alloys or lined with various types of anti-wear rubber.
• Operating temperature: nitrile lining from -10° to +90°
• Operating temperature: natural rubber lining from -10° to +60°
• Suspended solids passage: varies based on pump size used.
