Dissolving Unit with Vertical Agitator and External Pump GSP-E

The GSP-E dissolving and atomized recovery unit enables rapid dissolution in water of waste powders from residues present in ceramic industries.
This type of product also finds applications in the steel, food, wine, chemical industries and wherever rapid dissolution of powders in water is necessary.

Thanks to the combined action of the agitator with airfoil profile impeller and the horizontal centrifugal pump, which in their dynamic agitation and recirculation function homogenize the product eliminating any lumps present in the material, this machine can dissolve even large quantities of solid material.

The entire unit is managed by an electronic weighing instrument and a PLC that automatically regulate the input of powder/liquid product and the various work and washing cycles.

The construction of the carpentry parts, including the tank, crossbeam and load cells are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The wear parts of the pump and piping are lined with anti-abrasive rubber to increase their durability.
