Ceramic industry applications:

• In the glaze grinding department (at mill discharge or from storage tanks).
• On glazing lines (at storage tank discharge)
• In the body grinding department (at sieve discharge and tank discharge).
• At the treatment plant (for wastewater deferrization)

Operating cycle:

The liquid product is fed into the pressure chamber by means of a pump (not included) from the bottom of the chamber and passing in contact with the magnetic bars inside, deferrization is performed.
The clean liquid exits from the top.

Periodically a backwash of the chamber is performed (the operation takes about 50 seconds) while simultaneously demagnetizing the magnetic bar sleeves (which are in contact with the product) depositing the ferrous part at the bottom of the chamber which is then eliminated during backwashing.

The entire operating cycle: demagnetization of magnetic bars, opening and closing of glaze and wash water valves is programmable through the PLC in the electrical panel on the machine.
The machine can be supplied with one or more chambers for parallel or series operation.
