I.mec S.r.l. provides various channels through which it is possible to report, in a confidential and protected manner, a violation or alleged violation of the principles and rules contained in the Code of Ethics, Group policies and procedures and, in general, violations (or alleged violations) of laws and/or regulations.
I.mec S.r.l. is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the subjects and facts reported, as well as the identity of the whistleblower. After verifying their reliability, all reports, including anonymous ones, will be managed by the Report Management Officers, in accordance with the “Report Management Procedure (Whistleblowing)”.
Personal data and information provided within the reporting procedure will be processed to manage and follow up on the report, as well as investigate any reported conduct and adopt necessary measures, in compliance with applicable laws, including personal data protection regulations. The purposes and methods of data processing by I.mec S.r.l. are governed by the privacy policy.
Reports must be made by completing a specific form or by recording a voice message, using the Report Management Portal, accessible at the following link:

While the above-mentioned channel remains the preferred choice, it will alternatively be possible to make a Report through the following methods:
- regular mail: Interpump Group S.p.A., c.a. Report Management Officers, via E. Fermi, 25 – 42049 S. Ilario d’Enza (RE) – Italy; to ensure confidentiality, the report must be placed in two sealed envelopes, the first with the identifying data of the Whistleblower and the second with the Report, and both must be placed in a third sealed envelope bearing the external marking “confidential” to the Report Management Officers of Interpump Group S.p.A.;
