- BI.P2V series (600/S-800/S-900-1200-1500-1800-2200) – vibrating screens for powders particularly suitable for phases requiring control screening with maximum 5% waste above the mesh. In food and feed industries they are used both for loading bulk products and before bagging machines. Made with contact parts entirely in high-thickness AISI 316 stainless steel, they guarantee resistance to abrasion, high temperatures and corrosion, preventing product contamination. Their construction form with inlet and outlet on the same axis facilitates installation in confined spaces;
- BI.PV series (900-1200-1500-1800) – circular vibrating screens with double screening mesh with fixed base, ideal for sieving or selecting solid food products. The high centrifugal force allows rapid discharge of waste from above the mesh, increasing both machine yield and mesh durability;
- UFO series (600-800-1200-1500 BF) – vibrating sieves for a pneumatic powder transport circuit. In food industries they are used for the transport of flours, sugars, salts and other materials. The completely hermetic configuration and stainless steel construction make them particularly suitable for applications requiring high hygienic standards;
- KTS series – a nutating screen that uses an operating principle comparable to manual sieving, similar to that done by a “gold prospector”. The product is fed continuously into the centre of the screen and spreads out evenly over the screening surface. Fine particles pass through the center of the mesh while larger ones are discarded with a spiral movement toward the periphery, thanks to increased acceleration. This system ensures high precision separation, ideal for food products requiring accurate particle size controls.
For more specific applications, such as screening liquid glazes or paints used in food packaging, I.mec also offers models characterized by high vibration frequency, which allows product passage through very fine meshes, increasing throughput compared to traditional screens.
