The part with larger granulometry is expelled through another channel with the purpose of performing other treatments or grinding it again for other needs. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Characteristics of Vibrating Screens<\/h3>\n\n<p>Each vibrating screen is composed of a <strong>static part<\/strong> <strong>and<\/strong> a <strong>vibrating<\/strong> one. The first consists of a painted carbon steel or stainless steel base that can be fixed to the ground, on a trolley with three or more wheels, on support legs. The vibrating component, supported by support springs, consists of the following elements:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an electrovibratory motor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one or more bands with residue discharge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a screen-carrying frame;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gaskets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a disc with one or more discharge outlets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a clamping ring with clamps to keep all pieces in position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Another fundamental part of vibrating screens is the <strong>anti-clogging system<\/strong>, formed by cylinders, spheres and an ultrasonic mechanism.
