Operation<\/p>\n

The MT vibrating screen has high production capacity and mechanical resistance. It is designed to offer maximum performance with the best technology. The parts in contact with the product are always made entirely of stainless steel. <\/p>\n

This vibrating screen can be used in all product sectors where sieving, particle size separation, dust removal, separation, filtration, etc. are required. Thanks to our high technological capacity combined with production flexibility, we are able to customise the vibrating screen according to customer requirements. In fact, it can be constructed: <\/p>\n

  • in stainless steels with high percentages of nickel and chromium, DIN 2.4602 (such as Hainess, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy B2, stainless steels DIN 1.4529 and AISI 904 L.<\/li>\n
  • equipped with inverter for speed variation, acting on eccentric masses both in weight and phase shift, the vibration intensity can be determined to achieve better separation of the product being processed.<\/li>\n
  • equipped with different screen cleaning systems (balls, cylinders, air brushes, water brushes).<\/li>\n
  • in ATEX execution and according to cGMP for chemical and pharmaceutical versions.<\/li>\n
  • equipped with a sophisticated system like Sonitech (ultrasonic cleaning that increases production by approximately 30%).
