SONITECH ULTRASONIC SYSTEM SONITECH ULTRASONIC SYSTEM<\/h2>\n

The ultrasonic system integrates very well into the screening sector and has several advantages, including high production, uniform distribution of powder on the mesh, and reduced sintering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The system allows the surface of the mesh to be kept constantly clean<\/strong> without the need for different cleaning systems, such as cleaners, bouncing balls or brushes. These, positioned above or below the mesh, can cause premature wear of the mesh itself and also make it difficult to clean the components.<\/p>\n

Ultrasound is also recommended for work cycles where frequent colour changes (e.g. powder coatings) would not allow the use of different cleaning systems, which, when dirty, would lengthen cleaning times, or in cases where the use of materials other than stainless steel (e.g. rubber balls), even if certified, could create risks of product contamination.<\/p>\n

Suitable for working with mesh openings from 20 to 1000 microns.<\/p>\n

The system is also certified to work in explosion risk environments (atex ii2 g\/d).<\/p>\n

The system does not require radical structural modifications to the vibrating screen.<\/p>\n
