Dissolving Unit
\nBelt Drive GSP T 6-8<\/h2>\n

The GSP T model atomized dissolution and recovery unit allows rapid dispersion in water of waste powders from atomizer filters and residues present in ceramics.
\nThis type of product also finds applications in the steel, food, wine industries and wherever it is necessary to rapidly dissolve powders in water.<\/p>\n

This is thanks to the action of the rubber-lined vertical centrifugal pump, which in its recirculation function homogenizes the product eliminating any lumps present in the material.<\/p>\n

The entire unit is managed by an electronic weighing instrument and a PLC that automatically regulate the input of powder\/liquid product and the various work and washing cycles.<\/p>\n

The construction of the carpentry parts, including the tank, crossbeam and load cells are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.<\/p>\n

The wear parts of the pump and piping are lined with anti-abrasive rubber to increase their durability.<\/p>\n
