EPS FD /EPS ID Submersible Electric Pump

The submersible centrifugal pumps with bottom suction, model EPS-FD and EPS ID, are specifically designed for transferring highly abrasive liquids such as: ceramic slips, glazes, dirty water with suspended solids, slurry, sand, grit, marble cutting chips, wastewater from steel plants, acids, etc.

The seals are housed in a sealed chamber with oil bath or water flushing and have a long service life.
The motor is sized to withstand high mechanical stress.

A dedicated probe monitors any water infiltration into the sealed chamber.
A suction filter protects against the entry of unsuitable bodies that could damage the pump.

The open-type impellers allow the passage of suspended solids even of large dimensions (consult our technical office for clarification).

The casings and impellers are coated with special anti-abrasive rubber compounds or constructed with hard materials (hardalloy).
For liquids with high temperatures, a special version with motor and mechanical seal cooling is available.

• Operating temperature: natural rubber lining from -10° to +60°
• Suspended solids passage: max sphere diameter 20 mm
• Max pressure: 1450 rpm. 1.3 bar.
